Hills Taytay - AMENITIES

The Grand Monaco Hills Taytay, like any other residential development projects of the Grand Monaco Estate Developers, Inc., is ensured as flood-free. It is located on the hilly portion of Taytay towards Antipolo City.

All housing units are Mediterranean-inspired design with wide windows that ensure cross ventilation to bring cool air into the house. All homes are designed in such way that there is ample space inside and outside the homes so that homeowners have the flexibility to customize their units depending on their personal preference.

The Grand Monaco Hills Taytay allots about 46% or 6,370 square meters of open spaces with multiple uses. Road networks are wide and there is a grand entrance gate. It also features a gazebo or a clubhouse, which can be used by the residents as a venue for their social events, parties, or small gatherings.

Security is also ensured throughout the property. It is surrounded by a perimeter fence and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras operate 24/7. There will be security guards at the entrance gate and some will roam around the village for added security.
