The Grand Monaco Hills Taytay is strategically located along Ortigas Avenue Extension, specifically at San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal.

Taytay is a first-class urban municipality in the province of Rizal, 20 kilometers away from Manila. It is highly populous and even considered as the third most populous municipality in the country. It is landlocked by Cainta on the northern side, Pasig City and Taguig City on the western side, Antipolo City on the eastern side, and Angono on the southern side. From 2016 to 2017, Taytay has been recognized by the National Competitiveness Council (NCC) as the “2nd Most Competitive Municipality” among the 1st and 2nd class municipalities. It is also one of the richest, in terms of financial capability, municipalities in the country. Taytay can easily be accessed via the c-6 Road, Ortigas Avenue, and M.L. Quezon Avenue.

Taytay is politically subdivided into five barangays. Barangay San Isidro, where the Grand Monaco Hills Taytay is located, has a land area of approximately 442 hectares, making it the second smallest barangay in terms of land area and population. The municipality is known as the “Garments and Woodworks Capital of the Philippines” mainly because of its quality ready-made garments and woodworks widely available in the local market.

The Grand Monaco Hills Taytay has easy access to various establishments within Taytay and nearby cities and municipalities. There are plenty of schools and universities, hospitals, health clinics, dental clinics, veterinary clinics, churches, commercial establishments, and much more.

Located just approximately 3.7 km away from the subdivision, the SM City Taytay is the first ever SM mall in Rizal province. It is comprised of two buildings connected by a Bridgeway. Another SM shopping mall nearby is the newly opened SM City East Ortigas, which is located along Ortigas Avenue Extension in Pasig City and just about 5.3 km away from the property. The SM City East Ortigas is SM Prime Holdings Inc’s 60th shopping mall and 8th in the eastern part of Metro Manila. It is enclosed in an 80,000 square meters property. It has over 300 displayed paintings, art installations, and sculptures made by different local artists. It is a project of the Silangan Foundation for Arts, Culture, and Ecology.
